International Orders
International Orders – Duties & Taxes**
For international orders, the recipient is solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or standard international postage.
Standard international postage will be covered by the seller where stated; however, all additional local charges remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Orders may be delayed or held by customs until such charges are paid. The seller accepts no liability for customs processing times or delays.
If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender due to non-payment of customs fees or refusal to accept delivery, the order will not be eligible for a refund.
Returns
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible non-custom items.
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags, hygiene liners, packaging, and embellishments intact.
Due to hygiene reasons, bikinis, lingerie, bodysuits, and intimate items are non-returnable unless faulty.
Custom-made, made-to-order, altered, or personalised items are non-refundable and non-returnable. Any Sizing issues can be discussed with me and alterations may be offered. This includes custom sizing, colour changes, crystal placement, design modifications, and made-to-order pieces.
Shoes returned with signs of wear, damaged soles, missing rhinestones, or damaged packaging will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
if your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We reserve the right to repair, replace, or refund faulty items where appropriate.
Care and Embellishment
Handmade & Embellished Items
Due to the handmade nature of rhinestone and embellished items, slight variations between pieces may occur. Minor rhinestone loss may occur over time with wear and is not considered a manufacturing fault.
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper wear, storage, washing, alterations, or handling after delivery.
Time Scales
Processing Time
All custom items are handmade and made to order. Please allow approximately 3–5 weeks processing time before your order is dispatched.
Ready to ship items will be sent out via royal mail 48hr shipping, postage days are Tuesday and Thursday, if you need an item urgently please message as I can post quicker on occasion.
Processing times may vary during busy periods, new launches, holidays, or due to the complexity of custom designs. Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been shipped, not when the order is placed.
If you require an item for a specific event or date, please contact us before ordering. While we will always do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for postal or customs delays once an order has been dispatched.
